Today we took a train back to Rome. Sadly, today was our last day as we fly out tomorrow. Everyone did their own thing in the afternoon, but many of us visited the colosseum at night to see it lit up!

I think everyone would agree this study abroad was a great experience and that we learned a lot! Italy will always have a special place in our hearts! And a HUGE thank you to the Caserta’s and Professor Westerkamp for taking us on this trip!!!

Today some of the group took a train to Venice! We toured the city, went on a gondola, and visited some of the most historic buildings including San Marco. When we returned from Venice, we had a cheese tasting with Professor Westerkamp.

We had a very busy day today! We started our day with a tour of the Ufizzi Museum which is an art museum full of very famous pieces. Later in the day, we took a train to Pisa to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We had a lot of fun taking pictures with the tower!
