Today was a “free day” for us. At the beginning of the day we had an orientation of the island which included visiting the Phoenician Steps and the Limoncello Factory (which included free samples). After that, some of us went shopping, some laid by the pool, and some went hiking. There are so many cute shops on the island! Most of the girls had sandals custom made for them by one of John’s friend Antonio Viva. The sandals were so cute! Even Jackie Kennedy had a pair of sandals made for her at this shop!
